Crook County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter referenced to as is seeking a qualified contractor to fabricate and deliver New Aviation T-Hangar Building Kits to the Pineville-Crook County Airport (S39). Major elements of work for the project include, but are not limited to, preparing and providing the design, fabrication, and delivery of up to two (2) pre-engineered metal T-hangar buildings, including all materials needed for the erection (by others) of the two (2) new T-hangars. The Engineer s cost opinion for this work is between $750,000 and $950,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project contains a Base Bid and Additive Bid Schedules.
