The purpose of this contract is to provide Commercial Plant Mix as needed to Department supplied trucks at Vendor's hot plant. The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is accepting bids for Production of Plant Mix Material as Needed Missoula. Additional details regarding the solicitation can be viewed by logging into eMACS and reviewing the requirements of thissolicitation. Questions or information relating to either specifications or requirements of this solicitation must be asked through the eMACS Q&A Board. Potential bidders must log into eMACS to submit a question on the Q&A Board. Contractor/Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to produce approximately 1,000 tons of 1/2 " Commercial Plant Mix Grade S PG 64-28 material, 1,000 tons of 1/2 " Commercial Plant Mix Grade S PG 58-28 and approximately 1,000 tons of 3/8" Commercial Plant Mix Grade S PG 58-28 material on an "as-needed-basis" throughout the duration of the contract. Contractor/Vendor must be capable of supplying all Commercial Plant Mixes (including valid mix designs) found on the Quantity Sheet. Vendor must provide unit prices for all Bid Items found on the Quantity Sheet. Provide Commercial Plant Mix material Monday through Friday, with the exception of state observed holidays. The Department will provide the haul trucks and pick up the Commercial Plant Mix at the Contractor's/Vendor's plant.
