INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for construction of Teton Canyon Road Chip Seal will be received by Teton County at the office of 1 Main Avenue South, PO Box 610, Choteau, MT 59422 until 10 a.m. local time on May 18, 2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the stipulated time shall be returned unopened. The project consists of: Chip seal and striping of 17.699 miles of roadway on Teton Canyon Road in Teton County. The contract documents, consisting of half size Drawings and Project Manual, may be examined or obtained at the office of: Stahly Engineering & Associates, 3130 Centennial Drive, Helena, MT 59601, in accordance with Article 2.1 of Instructions to Bidders. Required fee of $30 per set, which is not refundable. In addition, the Drawings and Project Manual may also be examined at the following locations: Montana Bid.com, Montana Plan Exchanges.
