Rockford Sand filter includes removal and replacement of the existing wastewater recirculating sand filter. This includes sand filter media, distribution piping, pumps and a new electrical system. B. Traffic Control: 1. Traffic control shall be in compliance with the minimum requirements set forth in Part VI of the current "Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Controls." 2.
