Site work and renovation of a civil project in Webster, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the rehabilitation of Harris County MUD No. 55 Blue Mesa Lift Station including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating the wet well interior walls; installation of OSHA approved safety net; removal, disposal and replacement of wet well piping, and stainless-steel pump lifting chains. The rehabilitation of the existing valve vault to include debris removal, and power washing; removal, disposal and replacement of valves and piping in the valve vault. Site work to include but not limited to removal and disposal of the existing antenna and foundation; replacement of pickets on existing double swing gates; removal, disposal, and replacement of wooden fencing with rot board; removal, disposal, and replacement of the concrete driveway; power washing and restriping of the lift station and generator pad; power washing, hand tool and/or power tool clean generator enclosure and recoating; regrading of an existing swale; SWPPP. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
