In the event the Bidder discovers such an error or omission, he/she shall immediately notify the City's Contract Administrator in writing or by email. Carson City will then make such corrections and interpretations as may be deemed necessary for fulfilling the intent of this Bid Document through the issuance of an Addendum. Any Addendum or clarification supplementing this Bid Document, the Drawings, and the Specifications, issued prior to the date and time set for the submittal of Bid Proposal shall be made part of the Contract.
