Replace base cabinets where removed to match previous or existing upper cabinets. Replace base to match previous or existing. Paint base trim to previous finish (owner to confirm color). Paint the interior after walls are replaced (owner to confirm color). Replace interior doors and door trim where removed. Replace to match previous or existing size. Paint doors and door trim to previous finish (owner to confirm color). Replace any removed carpeting to match previous type and color. Replace any removed vinyl flooring to match previous type and color. Reset toilet(s). Provide and install new door hardware to match previous or existing. Provide and install new vanity and/or sink plumbing fixtures to match previous or existing. Perform a final post construction cleaning of the interior.
