Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking bids to contract with a vendor for exterior painting of a two (2) story brick office building that is approximately two-hundred and twenty (220) feet long, fifty (50) feet deep, and twenty-five (25) feet high. The building must be pressure washed to remove all loose paint and dirt. Additionally, all cracks, and holes must be repaired to prevent water from entering the building. Portions of the building that are stone are excluded from this project. The building will be painted with two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams SW 7638 Jogging Path and the specs are provided below in Exhibit A. This bid shall cover the furnishings of all labor, material, equipment, and any mark ups. Deadline for questions is May 5, 2023, by 5:00 PM (EST.) All questions must be submitted in writing.
