ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bid #23-19 Owner: Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes Address: 501 Medicine Bear Road Poplar, Montana 59255 Separate sealed BIDS for the manufacture, and delivery of a new Head Start metal building package for a new Head Start Facility to be constructed in Wolf Point, Montana, will be received at Central Administration of the Tribal Head Quarters, 501 Medicine Bear Road, Poplar, Montana, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 11, 2023 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project is the procurement and placement of a new pre-engineered steel building package to house the Head Start administrative offices, classrooms and support spaces. The pre-engineered steel building package as described in this document will be procured, delivered to the site in Poplar, Montana to be set up on a concrete foundation system that will be constructed by others outside of this contract. All utilities and utility hook-ups to the new modular facility will be conducted by others under a separate contract. Alternate One: This alternate will identify the cost to procure one additional small classroom to be located on the west end of the new facility provided in the base bid. The addition as described in this document will be procured, delivered to the site in Poplar, Montana and will be set up on a concrete foundation system that will be constructed by others outside of this contract. It is anticipated that funding for Alternate Number 1 may be delayed beyond the completion schedule for the base bid project and therefore will require that this addition will be a separate addition, delivered and added to an existing facility. Alternate Two: This alternate will identify the cost to procure one additional large classroom to be located on the east end of the new facility provided in the base bid.
