Reference number: 1718296 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-15 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the supply and installation of an emergency network and ventilation system for Les Jardins Chaumont Residence located at 8800 De Chaumont Avenue in the Anjou borough of Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the supply and installation of an emergency network (generator) and ventilation system and roof waterproofing work is to be expected. The work will be carried out in a four (4) storey residential complex built in 1989 and comprising 51 housing units housing seniors. During the work, the units will be occupied. Duration of work: According to the current plan, it is expected that work will begin as soon as the commitment letter is signed, but this date may be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the amendment cannot be used to justify a request for an extra on the part of the successful tenderer. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 133 working days from the date of commencement of the work in the letter of commitment
