Sealed Bids for the Furnishing and Delivery of Proposed Re-roofing at the Waretown Campus of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School No bids will be received or accepted after the advertised bid date and time on said day. Two (2) copies of the sealed bids must be submitted one (1) original and one (1) copy. If Bidding documents are to be mailed, the Architect must receive a Federal Express, UPS or Express Mail Account number for mailing; Bidder's complete street address, phone and fax numbers; a $25.00 handling charge; and the $125.00 per set for the printed set or $50.00 per disk payable to the Architect, prior to mailing. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of the Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A.10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27-1 et seq., Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., and Public Schools Contract Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. Project Schedule: Project start on or about June 1, 2023 and be 100% completed by September 11, 2023. Project to have Liquidating Damage Clause of $500 per day after date of contract completion. Quantities are estimates and the Board of Education reserves the right to increase quantities by 20% or decrease quantities by 100% as specified in the specifications pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-11.2 and 11.10. NO MINIMUM PURCHASE IS IMPLIED OR GUARANTEED.
