Renovation of a municipal facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The roof on the maintenance/ barn building #2 at the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), located within Berwick Borough, Columbia County, is in need of replacement. The Work for the project is outlined in the Technical Specification Section "01005- Summary of Work" of the Contract Documents. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total Bid price, payable to the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Payment Bond and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Time is of the essence Question Deadline 05/05/2023 at 11:00 AM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer online
