PPCS MP Room Addition Punchlist SCOPE: See ATTACHED EXHIBIT A for punchlist for remaining work to be completed, including photo links to corresponding punchlist items. This punchlist was generated and issued to the original contractor before they defaulted on their agreement to complete the scope of work, and has since been edited to define the scope of work for this RFP. Additional information can be clarified at the pre-bid walkthrough, and further clarifications may be issued in addenda prior to bid. In the meantime, please contact me if you have any questions. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: new 1,000 SF mezzanine and office addition inside the existing Multi-Purpose Room, including wood framing, interior chainlink, drywall, painting, related electrical, and related fire-sprinkler modifications; new 1,800 SF addition of the existing Multi-Purpose Room matching the existing 12 foot eave height and exterior and interior finishes, including new concrete foundation, wood framing, insulation, fiber-cement siding, asphalt shingle roof, vinyl windows, flooring, painting, related sitework, related fire sprinkler, mechanical and electrical; and new moveable partition wall. The Base Bid project A/E cost estimate is $100,000 - $150,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
