Warren Township High School District 121 Gurnee, Illinois ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Warren Township High School District 121, Gurnee, IL 60031 will receive sealed bids for: HOT WATER STORAGE TANK REPLACEMENT WARREN TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 121 AT O'PLAINE CAMPUS DLA PROJECT # 2023.046 ATTN: MIKE ENGEL The Work shall take place at Warren Township High School O'Plaine Campus. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of a hot water storage tank, associated piping, door & frame, and related MEP work. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. The Bid Opening will be on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 3:30 pm held via Video Conference Call. Bids shall be submitted electronically and will be publicly opened and read at this time. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 8:00 am commencing at the north vestibule of Warren Township High School O'Plaine Campus to provide additional information about the project, answer questions and tour the site.
