Otherwise any questions will be relayed during the pre- proposal conference at 3:00 PM on June 8, 2023 at Blue Ridge Community Center, 200 W Tilton, Blue Ridge, Texas 75424. To provide for an Agreement commencing OCTOBER 1, 2023 and continuing for five (5) year period. The City of Blue Ridge reserves the right to extend this Agreement for one additional five (5) year period as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Blue Ridge. that the City of Blue Ridge, Texas, reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals for any/or all products and/or services covered in this RFP and to waive informalities or defects in proposals or to accept such proposals as it shall deem to be in the best interests of the City of Blue Ridge. SCOPE OF WORK The work under this Contract shall consist of the items contained in the Proposal, including all incidentals necessary to fully complete said work in accordance with the Contract Documents. TERM The term of service shall be five (5) years, with one (1) five-year renewal option pending agreement of both parties
