New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Milton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 135,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 192-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Trade Contractor are invited to submit a Statement of Qualification to Tender the Schlegel Village LTC project in Milton, Ontario. Trade Contractors must submit a CCDC11 -2019. Contractors Qualification Statement as well as any additional references. Qualification Statements will be received for the following trade: - Supply and Install of Finish Hardware Description of the Work: - 135,000 square feet of new construction - 3 Storey, 192 Bed Facility - New construction is precast concrete floor slab on masonry bearing walls with brick venner - Fully sprinklered Interested parties are required to submit the following information which will be used in the evaluation and prequalification of bidders: 1. Scope of work your firm is interested in becoming Prequalified to Bid 2. Completed CCDC11-2019 Contractor's Qualification Statement The Owner, Schlegel Villages Inc., has sole discretion over which firms, if any, are invited to bid on the work. * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
