Existing TIMELINE: The University of Toronto has shortlisted architects for the renovation & deep energy retrofit of the 1882 heritage-listed former church at 88 College Street. An Invited Request For Proposals RFP has been issued to a Pre-Qualified list. The RFP represents the second stage of a two-stage process. The University of Toronto is seeking responses from pre-qualified Architects for professional services related to the renovation & deep energy retrofit of the 1882 heritage-listed former church at 88 College Street. The consultant selection process has not yet concluded. An award is expected late 2023. Design, tender and construction timing will be determined upon award.
