Renovation of a municipal facility in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of July 24 2023, the project has been awarded Fresh Air Concepts in the amount of $1,400,000.00. The start and the end has not yet been determined. Heating and cooling and air conditioning HVAC construction and maintenance services All work to be performed will be perthe final construction specifications (document) and drawings prepared by Henry Adams Consulting Engineers and posted as separate documents on Public Purchase. The Work ofthe Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists ofthe following: 1. Removal ofthe existing grade mounted air handling units. Removal of all associated ductwork, piping, wiring and appurtenances. 2. Installation ofthree new grade mounted Air Handling Units. 3. Installation ofnew ductwork, air devices, supply air terminal units with electric reheat and controls to serve the spaces as indicated on plans. 4. Electrical service upgrade and installation ofnew electrical equipment, conduit and wiring for new equipment. Questions must be submitted on or before Friday, May 26, 2023 @ 3:00.
