Rehabilitation has been identified for approximately 5606 linear feet (ft) of sanitary sewer main, 25 sanitary laterals, and 54 manholes. Sanitary sewer main and lateral rehabilitation will be completed by Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liner installations. Manhole rehabilitation will include, but not limited to, structure repairs, frame and cover replacement, and cementitious lining of the interior manhole surfaces. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after installation activities (if and where directed and required based on the proposed work). Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials, as may be necessary, may be if and where directed items by the Owner. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 270 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed.
