Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hamilton Sq, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing pumping station and appurtenances and the installation of new wet well, valve vault, air release chamber, electrical equipment and approximately 400 linear feet of 4 force main along with various site upgrades. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms, in the manner designated and must be received in sealed opaque envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Township of Hamilton and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, as per N.J.S.A. 52:34-15 and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, providing that said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, and be delivered at the place
