Contractor will provide annual service, biannual inspection, and annual 2 hour load bank testing of all three (3) generators located at the CCC Tahoe Center - 1949 Apache Ave, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 Questions to be emailed at: BidQuestions@ccc.ca.gov Failure to attend, or provide representation to, the mandatory bid-walk will result in the bidders bid submittal being rejected from the bidding process. Any interested bidder or bidders representative who requires reasonable accommodation to participate in the mandatory bid-walkthrough, must contact Kiran Varghese, identified above at least 5 days prior to the mandatory bid-walk date. Bid: Submit Lump Sum basis and possible breakdowns as set forth in Bid Forms. Performance bond is not required for one-time lump sum payment terms. As of August 23, 2023, the project was awarded to Collicut Energy but the awarded amount is not available. Bonds: If applicable, performance and payment bond documents will be required post award, in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. Include estimated cost of bonds within your bid total. It is required for progress payments. Payment terms are determined by the CCC project manager. Payment bond is required for bids in excess of $25,000 and $15,000 for maintenance bids. License: Contractors State License Classification required to bid Project is C-10
