Renovation of a water / sewer project in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The RESPONDER shall furnish all work, services, materials, and related items necessary to complete the work specified. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following inside the THA Central Office Building: a. Secure all City Permits required to start and complete the work; b. Tarp or plastic sheeting all impacted interior walls in the identified Primary Work Area; c. All heating and cooling ducts must be covered; d. Dig a trench approximately thirty {30} feet in length, approximately four {4} feet nine {9} inches in depth inclusive of four {4} inches of concrete, and four {4} feet in width to access the collapsed interior sewer line; e. Replace approximately thirty {30} linear feet of iron cast sewer line with PVC; f. Inspect connecting lines at the primary joint; g. Refill the trench with p-gravel compacted and four {4} inch cement and dowel new concrete to existing concrete; h. Limit physical damage to interior walls and flooring. Secondary Scope of Services: a. Find and camera scope all lines and draft a generalized map of all sewer lines; b. Provide copy of the generalized map of all sewer; c. Provide digital copy of all camera scoping,
