Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of drainage outlet improvements along Pt. Jefferson Road. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to find and secure access to the site to perform the necessary work. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the Online website no later than 1 :00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, January 10, 2024. Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered. Questions to be answered by Thursday, January 11, 2024; 4:00 p.m. EST No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
