The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Fire Academy, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids for the Wyoming Fire Training Access Project, located at 2500 Academy Ct., Riverton, Wyoming. The project generally consists of an estimated reconstruction of 580 linear feet of 40' width of Academy Ct. asphalt pavement, new construction of 360 linear feet of 26' width asphalt street with a 44.5' radius concrete cul-de-sac. Additionally, the project consists of a general fill area, reconstruction of an estimated 15700 square foot of asphalt parking lot, curb and gutter, concrete valley gutter, sidewalk and a storm drain systems with various catch basins. All work is within the property boundary of the Riverton Wyoming Fire Academy. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 5, 2023. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 5, 2023, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002.
