Renovation of an educational facility in Danbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to provide for the procurement of a Partial Roof Replacement over the western portion of the building comprised of the Gymnasium area and entry and lower future Fitness Center at the Berkshire Hall building located on the Midtown Campus in Danbury, CT. Please note: The CT Department of Labors Prevailing Wage Rates requirement shall apply to this project. In our continuing effort to assist in the economic development of Connecticuts small and minority business enterprises, this Invitation to Bid is reserved for vendors holding a current SBE/MBE set-aside certificate from the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Supplier Diversity (Set-Aside) Program. Please note, set-aside certificates that will have expired prior to the bid opening date, but are pending recertification approval by the DAS, do not qualify.
