Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,800-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Replacing the existing membrane roof for the gymnasium at the Anamosa State Penitentiary. Questions must be submitted by 10:00 am, May 11, 2023, to the Issuing Officer. The roof is approximately 9,800 SF. The existing roof to be torn off is a mechanically fastened insulation and EPDM on a low sloped concrete deck. The new roof will be fully adhered polyisocyanurate insulation and 60 mil TPO roof membrane. All fascias and gutters will be removed and replaced with new prefinished metal trim.
