Renovation of a municipal facility in Ryley, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The design renovation site is Highway 14 Regional Water Services Commission Building located at 5019 50 Ave. Ryley, Alberta. General floor plan can be found in reference drawings as Appendix ‘A’. The work of the Proponent includes but is not limited to the following Note: Interior demolition has been completed and is not part of this scope. Permits and Drawings Proponents will be responsible to provide proposed design renovation plan drawings for the purpose of the bid package. The successful Proponent will be responsible to finalize renovation drawings in coordination with The Commission. Successful Proponent will ensure any engineering requirements are met. Successful Proponents will be responsible for obtaining all required permits. Foundation Flooring on second floor will be installed over existing lyno tile. Exterior Finishes Reclad exterior walls of the shop area as required. Provide sound proofing for South wall that faces tracks. Windows and Doors Replace exterior doors as required with new steel insulated doors. Replace interior doors as required with new solid core wood doors with rabbeted jambs and commercial hardware. Replace windows as required with new three pane PVC glazed windows. Interior Finishes Interior framing, including framing of existing overheads, and any new window and doors as required. ½ inch drywall, mud and tape. New 2-1/4 inch Metrie primed MDF casing. 4” rubber base, colour to be confirmed with The Commission. Vanities and countertops. Painting should include primer and two coats on all new drywall, doors and trims. All paint colours need to be confirmed with The Commission. Electrical New LED light fixtures/switching throughout building. New receptacles throughout building. Emergency lighting as required. New wiring as required. New main service panel required, including all branch breakers. Plumbing and Mechanical Fixtures and plumbing for 2 washrooms. Fixtures and plumbing for lunchroom area. HVAC and connections as required. Hydronic heating. Air Conditioning Unit and connections as required. Supply and install radiant tube shop heater. General Requirements Site Supervision and Scheduling. Final cleanup and garbage disposal. Plumbing/Mechanical and Electrical coordination is required.
