Site work for a military facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
Demo Existing Roofing: Remove existing metal roof system, panels, screws, insulation and dispose of properly. Install new 24 GA Standing Seam Metal Roof System: Install 3" laminated fiberglass roll insulation with vapor barrier face – or current code required insulation Install Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels as per manufacturer's specs including allEdge, Fascia/Enclosure, and Hip/Ridge Metal Trims.Panels – kynar finish standard color – Hunter Green Install new box style gutters with downspouts with Kynar finish Clean and remove job-related debris. Provide 2-year contractor workmanship warranty. Provide 20-year manufacturer’s roof weather-tight warranty (labor & materials) including paint finish warranty. Or equivalent roof system Military Base: A valid driver’s license is required for facility access Work will be done during normal business hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central. Each prospective Respondent must carefully review this ITB, including but not limited to, attachments, terms and conditions, and any amendments, for questions, comments, defects, objections, or any other matter requiring clarification or correction (collectively called "questions and comments"). Protests based on any objection to the ITB shall be considered waived and invalid if the objection has not been brought to the attention of the State, in writing, by the Written Questions & Comments Deadline. Any prospective Respondent having questions and comments concerning this ITB must provide them in writing to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than noon on May 12, 2023.
