Provide 2-year contractor workmanship warranty. Provide 20-year manufacturer’s roof weather-tight warranty (labor & materials) including paint finish warranty. Or equivalent roof system Military Base: A valid driver’s license is required for facility access Work will be done during normal business hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central.
