The project is for the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) Chinatown Police Station - Upgrade of Security Cameras. This project generally consists of replacing existing security cameras and access control system with new cameras and access control system. Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the construction of the project including all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Question Deadline 05/15/2023 Liquidated damage per calendar day: $100.00 Each offeror shall visit the sites of the proposed work and fully acquainted with the conditions as they exist to fully understand the facilities, difficulties, and restrictions attending the execution of the work under this contract. Offerors shall also thoroughly examine and be familiar with the drawings and the Specifications; and available reference documents. The failure or omission of any offeror to receive or examine any form, instrument or document, or to visit the site and acquaint himself with conditions there existing shall in no way relieve any offeror from any obligation with respect to his offer. By submitting an offer, the Offeror agrees that the Offeror has examined the site and the Specifications and Drawings, and, where the Specifications require in any part of the work a given result to be produced, that the Specifications and Drawings are adequate and the required work can be produced under the Specifications and Drawings. No claim for any extra will be allowed because of alleged impossibilities in the production of the results specified or because of inadequate or improper plans and specifications and whenever a result is required, the successful offeror shall furnish any and all extras and make any change needed to produce, to the satisfaction of the Department of Design and Construction the required result.
