General Alterations to Building A HVAC, ceiling, lighting replacement Accessibility modification Classroom and restroom upgrades Fire Alarm upgrades 2 new classrooms in existing corridor Alterations in equipment yard NTP: Oct, 2023 Duration: 12 months General Requirements: This is a public works, prevailing wage project Skilled and Trained Workforce is required There is NO PSA/PLA for this project. There is NO OCIP for this project. Payment and Performance bonds will be required for subcontracts over $500k or at Tilden-Coils discretion. Prequalification Requirements: All MEP subcontractors performing work (C-4, C-7, C10, C16, C20, C34, C36, C38, C42, C43, or C46) are required to be prequalified with Ontario-Montclair School District and must submit a prequalification questionnaire ten (10) business days prior to bid due date.
