Sequence of work will be approved. The Department reserves the right to revise schedule as it deems necessary. Acknowledgement of emailed work order/callouts is required no more than 12 hr. from notification. Contractor's attention is called to the fact that all adjoining pavement sections will be protected during all phases of construction and any damages incurred due to Contractor's operation will be repaired and replaced at the Contractor's expense. Each contract awarded by the Department stands on its own as such, is separate from other contracts. A Contractor awarded multiple contracts, must be capable and sufficiently staffed to concurrently process any or all contracts at the same time.
