Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of: installation of approximately 263 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, including inlets, manholes, and appurtenances, and site restoration in the City (the "Work"). Direct all questions to April Giesmann with Horner & Shifrin at amgiesmann@hornershifrin.com All work shall be constructed and completed in accordance with the specifications for the same, relating to the construction of such improvements. All bidders shall be responsible for familiarizing themselves with the work to be done. Any questions concerning the work or to arrange an appointment to review the work locations should be directed to Errol Tate, Public Works Director at 636-227-1385 ext. 154 or Dave Pracht, Assistant Public Works Director at 636-227-1385 ext. 168. This work shall consist of connecting a proposed storm water pipe to an existing drainage structure as indicated on the plans. Work completed for this item shall be as specified by the current edition of the Metropolitan St. Louis Standard Specifications for Sewers and Drainage Facilities.
