CANEY CREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT will be accepting bids for the above referenced project. Bids must be received.. The purpose of this project is to provide proper, professional, satisfactory lawncare for 3.03 acres around the Administration Building, and Well Plant #2 located at 405 CR 298,Sargent Tx. 77404. Key components of this project include: All mowing, weed control, edging, trimming, parking area to be clean from any grass/debris from mowing. Well Plant #2 will need to include moving inside the fenced area. The mowing schedule will be as follows: Once a month or as needed from November through February. Every two weeks or as needed March through October. The agreement period will begin June 1st, 2023,and go on through May 31st, 2024. Bids must show the price per week. Payments will be made monthly, in arrears. All bids received by the deadline shall be reviewed by The Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will select the contractor to perform all the work required and the contract will be executed between Caney Creek MUD and the appointed contractor. Caney Creek MUD has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion. You are reminded that your bids hold be inclusive of all taxes, fees, and all other costs. Caney Creek MUD will not be responsible for any maintenance, fuel, or repairs that may be needed to the contractor's equipment. Caney Creek MUD will not provide any equipment for lawn services to be completed. The contractor must provide their own equipment.
