This project is located in Fulton County at Maumee State Forest, 3374 Co. Road D, Swanton, Ohio 43558. The project involves the construction of a new, pre-engineered steel building storage facility for the Division of Forestry. Major items of work include a building addition which shall consist of two bays with a pull-through arrangement. Both bays shall be heated/insulated, and one bay shall include a trench drain. An exterior covered porch for lumber storage, prefabricated cooler for seedling storage, and a replacement of the existing septic system are also included in the scope of work. The contractor shall engage a qualified professional engineer registered in the State of Ohio to design the entire custom, preengineered structure. A new two-bay pull-through storage facility for the Division of Forestry at Blue Rock State Forest. These documents provide a basis-of-design to illustrate the required scope for the delegated design of a custom pre-engineered structure. The contractor shall engage a qualified professional engineer, registered in the State of Ohio, to design the entire structure. Refer to individual specification sections for additional requirements.
