Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millville, Delaware. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Evans Park Parking Lot Improvements Work consists of removal and disposal, finish and install erosion and sediment control, approximately 2,185 square yards of 2-inch bituminous concrete surface course paving, 2,185 square yards of 3-inch bituminous concrete base course paving, 485 cubic yards of type B graded aggregate base course, and 387 lineal feet of flat concrete curb. All quantities are approximate. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each Bid must be responsive and accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Owner for ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Owner appear. to reject any and all bids, k, waive any informalities in bids received, and to accept or reject any hens of any bid and to extend the time and place for opening the bids from that noted above on not less than five (5) calendar days' notice. The Owner reserves the right to choose a combination of items and item quantities, from any or all parts of the bid proposal fonn. Written comments will be accepted prior to the hearing by 12 p.m. noon on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this project will not re-bid,
