Door Replacement Tri-City High School Buffalo, Illinois 62515 Bids shall be delivered in a sealed bid envelope to Tri-City C.U.S.D. #1, Office of the Superintendent, 324 West Charles Street, Buffalo, Illinois, 62515. Generally, the work includes renovation of the toilets at Tri-City C.U.S.D. #1. Work shall be substantially complete by December 31, 2023. Bids shall include: 1. Properly completed Proposal Form in duplicate. 2. Bid Deposit in the amount of 10% of Bid. 3. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor pursuant to Illinois Revised Statutes, Ch. 489, Sec. 39s-1 et. seq. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of Bid, made payable to Tri-City C.U.S.D. #1. Failure of Bidders to submit bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection of bid. Successful Bidder will be required to provide Surety Performance Bond and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the Contract cost on prescribed forms within ten (10) days after notice of acceptance is issued by Owner. Surety on bond shall be by a duly authorized U.S. Treasury Backed company licensed to do business in the State of Illinois, acceptable to Owner. The Board of Education for Tri-City C.U.S.D. #1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive any irregularity in bidding, which in their considered opinion is warranted. No bid shall be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening of bids without written consent of the Owner
