Work summary: the Kane Scott AHU Compressor Replacement project is defined by the construction documents and specifications. A general summary of work is as follows 1. Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to replace AHU compressor units at Kane Scott. Perform work under following prime contracts: a. Mechanical construction. 2. Remove and dispose of existing failed compressors (2) a. Mobilize all necessary equipment, tools, workers, and materials b. Recover refrigerant per EPA regulations c. Dismantle and remove failed compressors Remove all ancillary equipment related to compressors Contactors Crankcase heaters Filter driers d. Compressors to remain on-site for County disposal Replacement of 2 AHU compressor units at Kane Scott Community Living Center. Last Day for Questions: Monday, May, 1, 2023 , 3:00 P.M., E.T. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered by the County. All questions must be submitted through Bonfire.
