Reference Number 0000246564 The RFP is to select a competent, reliable and trustworthy contractor with the skills, knowledge and recommendations needed to provide the complete removal and replacement of our current stone finish on the south wall of our building. In addition, the successful contractor will provide new wall covering complete with Blueskin around all windows and anywhere else as required to prevent any further water infiltration. The successful contractor will provide all new windowsills, upper and lower, sloping correctly for water runoff. The successful contractor will remove and reuse the existing stone and provide any additional stone that may be required. The successful contractor will also supply and install any additional rockwool at a cost per bag, vapor barrier, scaffolding, rain cap if required and ensure compliance with the OHSA.
