Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Troy, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of a 1 story building to house the Lincoln County 911 Emergency Services group. The site contains employee parking to the north end of the site with radio tower, the south portion of the site contains public parking. The building is a Risk Category IV structure that also contains an ICC 500 rated structure housing the dispatch center, emergency operation center, and supporting facilities for those spaces. Building is to be fully sprinklered and include emergency generator. Fire alarm systems to provide 24/7 monitoring. There will be one General Construction bid package for construction of building and related site development work. A separate contract will be awarded for the new communications tower and tower related work. The reply will be in the form of an addendum submitted through the Cross Rhodes Plan Room. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of cash, certified check of the Bidder or a Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon, a company authorized to execute such in the State of Missouri, in the amount of 5% of the bid. Bid Security will be returned to the Successful Bidder after the Contract, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are executed and filed with the Owner, and to each unsuccessful Bidder after the award is made. An attorney-in-fact who signs a Bid Bond must file with the Bond a certified and effectively dated copy of his power of attorney. The Bid Security shall be made in the favor of the Owner, Lincoln County Emergency Services, and shall become the Owner's property in the event that the Successful Bidder fails, within ten (10) days after receipt of the Contract for the amount of the Bid Proposal, to both execute said Agreement and deliver the Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. 100% Performance and Payment bonds are required. Bidders must include the cost in their bid and provide it within seven (7) days after contract award. Contract terms will include Liquidated Damages. *As of August 22, 2024, addendum C has been issued.
