Project Description and Scope: Scope of work includes demolition of the interior walls and building systems in the cafeteria wing The existing roof and exterior walls will not be modified except where adjacent demolition of interior walls requires patching. The scope will include new interior partitions, replacement of the electrical distribution, additional fire alarm devices and fire suppression, demolition of existing kitchen plumbing systems, new plumbing for the new accessible toilet rooms and replacement HVAC systems.
