Renovation of a parking garage in Maynard, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

1 Summer Street Temporary Garage Removal and Re-assembly All contractors shall be bonded and insured for this work within the town. The Town of Maynard desires to relocate a temporary garage structure from the Town's 1 Summer Street property and re-assembled at the Town's Water Treatment Plant located off Old Marlborough Road between house 48 & 50. The following attachments are provided to assist with providing a bid: Maps-Locus, existing location, new location. Plans received from the manufacturer. Photos of the locations and the structure. Scope of work for the removal of the temporary structure at 1 Summer Street here in Maynard MA, 01754. The structure shall be disassembled according to the manufacture's recommendations (if applicable), neatly stacked, and stored and then transported to the new location and reassembled according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The new location at the Water Treatment plant had an asphalt pad constructed in the fall of 2022 for placement of this relocated structure. The asphalt pad consists of approximated 8" of asphalt and 12" of reclaimed asphalt material as a base. Please feel to write back with any questions.
