The City of Hemet is seeking bids for the purchase of pipeline materials, including pipes, backflow devices, sewer and drain products, valves, fittings, restraint products, clamps, couplings, meter boxes, meters, tool and miscellaneous items. Vendor shall provide the following Surety Bonds: (1) bid bond, (2) performance bond, (3) payment bond, and (4) maintenance bond. The Payment Bond and the Performance Bond shall be in a sum equal to the Purchase Order price. If the Performance Bond provides for a one-year warranty a separate Maintenance Bond is not necessary. If the warranty period specified in the purchase order is for longer than one year a Maintenance Bond equal to 10% of this Purchase Order price is required Pre-Bid Meeting No Questions are due by May 18, 2023 before 3:00PM. July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Start/Delivery Date July 1, 2023 Project Duration 1 Year
