Site work and paving for a civil project in Walker, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
A. Construct work to accommodate Owner's occupancy requirements during the construction period; coordinate construction schedule and operations with Owner. B. Maintain access for the Owner, at all times, to the existing facility. C. Connections of new work to existing facilities may require the temporary shutdown of the existing facilities. The contractor shall obtain the Ownerís approval, prior to proceeding with shutdowns. The contractor shall submit a construction sequencing schedule with all dates required for temporary interruptions. Engineer will coordinate the contractorís request with the Owner to minimize the number of shutdowns. All questions must be received in writing or by e-mail on or before 5 days prior to the bid opening.
