For technical questions regarding this project, please submit questions in writing to Darren Redfield at darrenmr@cityofws.org for response to all by addendum. The End of Question Period is 5:00 pm, May 12, 2023. Scope of work summary: Joint sealant replacement and concrete repairs including corbel, garage entrance, and joint spalling repairs. M/WBE subcontracting goals apply but have not been established yet. Thus, the M/WBE percentages will be provided in an addendum. However, bidders may submit Affidavit 'B' if they intend to perform 100% of the work required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Should less than three bids be received, the project will have to be re-advertised. Contract Darren Redfield at darrenmr@cityofws.org for the meeting link. The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved and to explain the City's Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program and subcontracting goals as it relates to this project Prime bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend to learn about the project scope and to discuss outreach efforts to HUB-certified M/WBE subcontractors.
