Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide vault toilet and holding tank pumping services in accordance with the work specifications. Services include: 1. Vault Toilet pumping services 2. Holding Tank pumping services 3. Emergency pumping services Holding Tank & Vault Toilet Service Bid Forms according to the specified schedule. Each service shall consist of pumping the tank and appropriately discharging the sewage at the designated site specified in this Exhibit A Scope of Work. Pumping discharge shall be done in such a manner to prevent spillage of any waste onto the ground surrounding the units and shall meet all requirements of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. All objects, garbage and debris must be removed from holding tanks each time the tanks are pumped. Contractor is responsible for filtering and removal/disposal of all non-waste items from inside holding tanks and vault toilets on or upon pumping and cleaning unrelated to sewage, such as rocks, hazardous waste items such as syringes, etc. 1. Dumpsters shall be provided by State Parks within each of the park units The services will be performed at the following location(s):Montaña de Oro State Park (MDOSP) Various Locations in MDOSP See Exhibit A, Attachment 1 - Site Maps Question Deadline 06/30/2023 at 2:00 PM Los Osos, CA 93402 Estimated Total Cost of Contract: $185,400. The State of California is exempt from federal excise taxes, and no payment will be made for any taxes levied on employees wages. Contractor shall be an individual or firm licensed to do business in California and shall obtain at its expense all license(s) and permit(s) required by law for accomplishing any work required in connection with this agreement The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any or allbids. The Department of Parks and Recreation reserves the right to add services or reduce services at their sole discretion.
