Renovation of an educational facility in Sunset, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
District seeks bids from responsive and responsible bidders to remove and dispose of old boiler and supply material and installation of new Weil-Mclain Model 1488 Cast Iron Boiler. The bidder will remove and then reinstall the burner, gas train, and controls Because of existing steam piping, burner and controls the boiler must be a Weil Mclain 1488 to install into the current location or equivalent. Project must be complete by the end of September. Bids can be submitted electronically via www.bidsync.com or, if submitting by hard copy: (a) The bid must be signed in ink, sealed in a properly addressed envelope, and either mailed or delivered to the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, Bldg. G-4, P.O. Box 160440, Freeport West, Clearfield, UT 84016-0440 by the due date and time specified. The DISTRICT has the right to require a bid bond, payment bond and/or a faithful performance bond from the bidder in an amount not to exceed the amount of the contract.
