Work to Be Done: Work generally consists of approximately 5,368 cubic yards of excavation for new pond construction include, but not limited to: - Topsoil, Excavation, Select Borrow Material - Storm Sewer, Trenched, RCP, 18" - Manhole, SW-401, 48" DIA. - Temporary Traffic Control - Conventional Seeding, Seeding, Fertilizing, and Hydro-Mulching Type 1 and Conventional Seeding, Seeding, Fertilizing, and Hydro-Mulching, Wetland Seed Mixture. - SWPPP Preparation and Management - Rip Rap, Erosion Stone - Erosion Control Items See Bid Form for exact quantities Public notice is hereby given that the City of Lake View, in Sac County, Iowa, will meet on June 5, 2023, at 7:00 pm, at which time and place a public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers in the Lake View City Hall located at 305 Main Street, Lake View, Iowa 51450 on the proposed plans and specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the 2023 City of Lake View Community Center Grading Project - Pond Grading for said City Question Deadline 05/25/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
