St. James-Assiniboia School Division invites tenders for the following projects in Winnipeg, MB: HERITAGE SCHOOL PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION (47 Heritage Boulevard) - and - ATHLONE SCHOOL PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION (110 Athlone Drive) Drawings, Tender Documents and Specifications may be obtained in PDF format by contacting the Consultant: Sison Blackburn Consulting Inc. 204-505-0855 ext. 222 rcabigting@sbcinc.ca Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price and an agreement to bond from an approved surety company. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an approved surety company performance bond and labour & material payment bond; each for 50% of the contract price. In addition to the above the successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $5,000,000.00 inclusive limits prior to the start of work.
