The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled "Paradise Park Pool Water Slide Replacement and is located at 4775 McLeod Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89121 The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the demolition and removal of an existing pool slide assembly, structural supports, foundations, and area drains within the slide assembly area. The new work consists of an installation of a new pool slide assembly, structural supports, new drains, and concrete decking for the area of work. Additional work by the contractor includes engineering, permitting, material and labor for the new pool slide assembly. Permit drawings for the new slide assembly shall conform to ADA standards and be provided by contractor and submitted CCBD as a separate permit submittal. Existing pool to be protected from construction debris throughout the construction duration. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Removal of existing concrete decking, footings and slide supports of existing slide assembly within the project area. Existing shade canopy to be temporarily removed and protected to be reinstalled after completion of slide assembly. New deck drains and concrete support piers to be installed for new slide assembly. Construction also includes a concrete deck and finish coat to be installed to match existing finish within the project area. New slide assembly to be installed, tested, and inspected by all required authorities.
